Lower Lashes in Mind
No need to leave lower lashes bare. Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara, $10, does the trick, expertly, thanks to the mini-brush design, which easily targets fine lower lashes. I also like to use it to highlight my outer lashes.

Blush Polish
I will admit I have yet to try this new product from Givenchy, but I'm intrigued by its applicator. Reminicisent of a shoe polish product, this lightweight cool gel dispenses through a sponge, so all you have to do is dot it on your cheeks and blend for a face-illuminating pop of color. I'm sold!
