Fans of Target have yet another reason to be elated. Following in its fashion designer for less success, Target adds more cheap-chic, but this time it's 'a beauty'. What a treat to get prestige beauty at masstige prices.

Launching at the end of August is a fresh crop of specialty products from top makeup artists. Napoleon Perdis, a robust Australian beauty-guru, is a creative artiste extraordinaire that conceptualized an 83 SKU line just for Target. It is inspired from the world's fashion capitals, with products named for notable destinations. Hence, a silver luminizer named London, and a sun-kissed rose named Bahamas.

imagePerdis treats skin like a canvas, and he's all about beautifully primed, flawless and glowing skin. NP SET reflects this impeccable look- in fact many of his must-have products are in the foundation line. The Foundation Primer which contains soybean oil instantly gives your face a glow while acting as a perfect base for makeup. Perdis recommends following this with either a tinted moisturizer like Memory Foundation for a more natural look or Pasarella (which means catwalk in italian) Powder Foundation for greater coverage.
