It will do more than re-stock your shelves.

Although we’d all love to use the most efficient products on our faces and bodies, we don’t always love the price tags attached or the hassle it takes to find them. That’s why I’ve rounded up my favorite beauty products, which you can find launching right now at CVS Health, and uhmmmm, prices won’t break the bank, promise!

But before I highlight these, I would like to mention CVS Health new stance: bringing health to the beauty aisle. After ending tobacco sales last year, they have partnered with Dr. Vivian Diller, a psychologist who studies the role beauty plays in women’s lives, to research beauty’s effect on health. Dr. Diller shares what we knew all along: Feeling Good=Looking Good. Women, who take the time to relax and put effort to look after themselves, ultimately feel more confident and have greater health benefits. Realistically, the lipstick doesn’t make you more beautiful, but the process of personally going out, shopping for a particular shade, results in a more optimistic way we feel about ourselves, and hey, if the shade is perfect an added bonus. So walking down the beauty aisle just might give you the break you need, as Dr. Diller shares:

Women are doing incredible things, we are breaking boundaries, we shouldn’t think of it as a guilty pleasure, instead it’s our break from our routine.

I couldn’t agree more, and I feel a 15-minute break in CVS sets in an endorphin high as I scour the shelves for new products and personal finds without breaking the break. And trust me, I am always finding something, and very excited about it as well.

Unveiling now is Jouviance from Canada, a dermatologist-tested biotechnology skin care brand. If you only want to give one product a try, I highly recommend the Rejuvenating Anti-Aging Cream 3-in-1 for those who don’t want to be bothered with layering- it works great on the eye contour, and acts as a day and night cream. Check out the entire line here.

Next up is Wilma Schumann, a European-inspired targeted treatment-based brand. Very interesting products and everyone was talking about the Red Wine Hydra-Gel Masque rich in antioxidants. Another loved product from the line is Dark Spot Corrective Serum, perfect for post summer/sun rescue to treat hyperpigmentation without hydroquinone.
Promise Organic has launched with 14 products from two collections: Ultra-Moisturizing Argan Crème for normal to dry skin, and Nourishing Coconut Milk for normal to combination skin. Both lines feature skin care, body care and multi-use oil for skin and hair products, all under $15. I’ve tried some and they are truly amazing and all NSF approved. The two that I’m loving right now are the Nourishing Coconut Milk Facial Cream and the Nourishing Coconut Oil, which is spray-on. I invite you to check out the whole line and don’t settle for just one at these affordable prices! Package is divine too, very Jonathan Adler.

You can take no credit for beauty at sixteen. But if you are beautiful at sixty, it will be your soul's own doing.
