I've been using it for a few weeks and have noticed a difference, but be careful when you are dispersing it, the formula is very viscose and flows out like water. A little goes a long way. I've also been using OLEHENRIKSEN's NEW Ultimate Lift Eye Gel Roller, $28. If you are a regular reader, you then know that I am a BIG fan of eye roller applicators.
