imageA recent study found that those who drank at least four cups of green tea a day enjoyed better moods than those drinking a cup or less.

The study involved more than 1,000 Japanese people age 70 or over . These green tea drinkers had experienced depressive symptoms 44% less often.

Researchers believe Theanine, is the uplifting ingredient that keeps us smiling.
