A Simple Lash Trick

Full, curled lashes can be yours… Sans eyelash curler.
Many friends and readers share with me their eyelash curler fears. Either a bad experience keeps them a way- like the dreaded "squeeze" that removes lashes instead of curls them- or some plainly refuse to put an object- other than an applicator brush or mascara wand- near the lids.
I learned this trick from good friend and must-know beauty reporter Polly Blitzer from Beautyblitz.
Blitzer says, "After you apply mascara, lift and push lashes using the side of a credit card. It's an easy on-the-go trick, too - I touch up my lash curl midday or on the way to an event where I'll be photographed."
Glamour.com takes it one step further and suggests you "hold it against the base of your lashes with one hand while you swipe on your mascara with the other. And if you pull the mascara wand straight up so your lashes gently bend around the edge of the card, you get a bit of a curl in them as well."
